Demon Scouts Roam Valorn

Balthazar Amassing Army Against Milltown?!

Recently, sitings of Balthazar's demons have been reported. Over the past several weeks, Lesser Demon Advance Scouts and Demon Advance Scouts have become increasingly frequent visitors in the Dark Forest, along the Desert Excavated Road, and in the Lower Mountain Canyons.

Lord Ixon Fier the Sly quipped, "As to the Demon Advance Scouts, its obvious they are after our delicious meats and breads, why else would Demons come so close?"

The Town Crier has been heard shouting warnings to all travelers to take due caution when passing through the Dark Forest to Milltown and making the dangerous venture onward towards Caernivale.

While these creatures are far from Balthazar's most vicious spawns, they represent a greater danger. Rumors of a stronger demon army forming in the Endless Desert are being spread about Valorn. It is quite clear a massive raid is coming, and all adventurers should be wary.

When asked for comment, the powerful enchanters of Ryndall would only say that Balthazar remains locked away, unable to freely walk the planes of Valorn. T'yrandra Stallheart the Holy suggests, "though the Demon Lord may in fact be imprisoned, he has access, through his minions, to the outside world."

When asked how the humble people of Valorn would combat the Dark Lord's minions, T'yandra replied, "To defeat them will take a great amount of cooperation from all adventurers of Valorn, myself and the great Elijah included."

Exploration of Midnight Beach

An expedition to the North Coast of Valorn recently explored a new area dubbed the Midnight Beach.

I, Cerberus, was first on the scene having been sent streaking across the sky, arms flailing wildly, towards Caernivale. The cannon may have been loaded with a bit much Gunpowder as I overshot my destination and landed on the Northern Beach.

Sending courier notice to Lord Grom the Marked and Lord Orion the Sly they quickly climbed down a rope under Caernivale, and we set out in exploration of this new area.

Monstrous Beach Iguanas, Green-bellied Sea Turtles, and Pirates Scouts were slain in masses and their booties plundered in the excursion. Larger, more fearsome creatures were heard but not encountered in the East.

Further access can be gained from the trapdoor under Caernivale or the huge cannons of Valorn.

Borsk has Crush on Mrs. Balthazar

Borsk, a relatively new face to the people of Valorn and valiant enchanter, was recently heard commenting fondly about Mrs. Balthazar. Some have questioned whether the rumored demon army is being amassed to fulfill Balthazar's vengeful wrath against Borsk.

Neither Borsk nor Balthazar could be reached for comment on this issue.
